Cambridge (UK), 3 April 2025:<\/strong>\u00a0Hybrid Software Group PLC (Euronext: HYSG) announces details of its Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (\u201cAGM\u201d) of Hybrid Software Group PLC (the \u201cCompany\u201d) will be held by video conference on\u00a0Thursday 15 May 2025 at 15:00 hrs (CEST)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A copy of the notice, including explanatory notes, is available on the Company\u2019s web site at\u00a0https:\/\/www.hybridsoftware.group\/investors\/shareholders-annual-general-meeting<\/a>. The meeting notice and explanatory notes have also been mailed to the registered address of all registered shareholders.<\/p>\n

All proxy voting will be conducted electronically via the Company\u2019s share registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets. Details of which have been provided to registered shareholders. For shares held in nominee accounts please contact the nominee account provider to establish their process for submitting proxy votes.<\/p>\n

Registered shareholders are invited to join the meeting by video conference and must register by 15:00 hrs (CEST) on Friday 9 May 2025.To register for the meeting please email your request to\u00a0investor-relations@hybridsoftware.group<\/a>.<\/p>\n
